Making fake vegetarian meat is pretty easy.

The hardest part is finding gluten flour, but usually it is on sale at bulk stores or specialty organic shops.

ANYWAY, once you have the gluten flour, you just mix it up with some spices.

Sometimes I use ginger and soy and garlic. Today I used spicy mesquite steak marinade and hot pepper flakes.

I always add vegetable stock powder to the water which I add in equal parts to the gluten flour.

Then, you knead it up a few times, let it sit for like 15 minutes, chop it into finger sized pieces, stretch it out all pizza like and drop it in to boiling salted water.

I let it cook for about an hour.

When it is done, you can use it exactly like meat, in stir frys, on the bbq, whatever.

I made curry with peas and cauliflower and lots of hot pepper and cumin.

The end.
