I had the job interview, yesterday.

It went fairly crap. There were six people on the other line, interviewing me at the same time for two different positions, all talking and droping acronyms and names and asking questions, like ASBWRD, Bob White at NWPC, QRSF Pam Smith, NFTPU, Judy GHEN, etc. etc.

I was totally nervous, sitting on the windowsill, staring out at the canal, thinking zen zen zen calm, channel energy yes yes yes. But I had a lot of moments of um, er, sooooo.

They said they would get back to me in two weeks but I am thinking it will not be such good news, so I had better get it together and look for other jobs.

Too bad, cause this was THE one.

I guess I can just think of it positively like, I got short listed for two highly competitive roles.

And you know? There were some pretty big egos on the other end of the line. And me? Not so big ego. So maybe I wouldnt fit in there anyway. Ha!
