I remember the day this photo was taken: I kept jumping off the stairs with the umbrella open, hoping that I'd sort of float down like a parachutist, or something.





















I think this was taken at Marine Land just outside of Toronto. There were also bears there, and for a quarter, you could buy coloured miniature marshmallows to throw into the bear pit.

...or maybe I just dreamed up that last part.


Two words: awkward phase.
