I feel compelled to get my stupid fake words down in writing just in case, one day, they really take-off. Then I have evidence that they are mine, bitches.


So, in this vein:

Starbucks Index

Cousin to
The Economist's Big Mac Index, the Starbucks Index correlates housing prices in a given geographic area with the number of Starbucks coffee shops in that same area. This author's prediction is that there is a positive correlation between the two.

    Thats so funny - 'cause I call it the Starbucks "quotient" - lol!! SO important - worth at least more than good schools, safe neighbourhood!

  2. My neighborhood would rate so high. Not far from my home is a supermarket with a Starbucks inside..actually there are two nearby supermarkets with Starbucks inside...but this one market is in the same sort of mini-mall thing with yet ANOTHER Starbucks.
