Like a spy, I took a picture of this couple on the metro. She was at least 20 years his senior, and about a foot taller. When I first saw them waiting for the number 5, she had him pressed up against the stop shelter, kissing and giggling. On the train, even though there were a ton of empty seats, she sat on his lap. Amsterdam is a romantic city.
