I had my first Reiki class last night. It was okay. I didn't have any transcendental revelations, though.Instead, we just learned about the different chakras cause that's what my Reiki Master bases her hand positions on.
The place where I take my Reiki classes also runs eating disorder recovery programs, so there are a few crazy anorexics in my class. When the Master drew a diagram of a body to explain the placement of the chakras, this one girl totally flipped out and was all like, um, your drawing really triggers me, so I'm going to have to leave. I could see it coming - she was, like, rocking back and forth and stuff. Maybe less anorexic and more crazy. Wierd.
i have a definite blocking of the third eye chakra.... dont you have to detox and not eat chocolate or drink?....
ReplyDeleteOnce I become "attuned" I can do Reiki on you, Ritchie. That will effectively clear up your chakra. Also, you can envison a ball of white light filling up the area about a finger width above the bridge of your nose, pushing out all the bad energy. Breathe deeply, slowly. Then imagine the light is filling with a vibrant indigo colour. Let me know if it helps.

I went up to her and said, 'wow, your doing reiki at your age, thats amazing.' and she was like ..'ohhh no its quite common'.. and then i said , 'but wont the leaves just blow away'............ BADUM CHING!!!..hehe.. what a crap joke..its been a long week.. :(
